    • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and hot water extraction or encapsulation.
    • Polish crome accessories and metalwork such as restroom fixtures and sinks.
    • Move and arrange furniture in communal meeting spaces and individual resident rooms as needed.
    • Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations, media equipment, and furniture for social or business functions.
