- Oversee all quality related aspects of entire shift on a daily basis
- Gauge and instrument calibration, as required
- Cure analysis check tire preparation and measurement, as required
- Take corrective action as required to maintain production process within specified tolerance
- Report all discrepancies to Manager or Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance
- Coordinate with production/ maintenance/ engineering on any item requiring corrective action
- Monitor and record adherence of finished goods to prescribed standards
- Perform Quality Audits related to the tire retreading process
- Perform material testing/tire cutting/measuring, as required
- Mold room surveillance and curing press setup
- All other duties as assigned
