  • Period 1: General Foundation
    • Demonstrate a working understanding of host company’s programs, including but not limited to grant deliverables and specifications, staff roles and host company’s foundation and grantor partnerships
    • Demonstrate a working understanding of the project management of design projects and tools such as Salesforce, Slack and Trello
    • Show acumen in navigating the brand asset system including, but not limited to, host company’s Style Guide, image library and additional brand guidelines as mandated by the creative lead
  • Period 1: Digital Marketing Production Foundations
    • Demonstrate intermediate to expert command of managing a social media campaign
    • Demonstrate acumen for managing an organization-wide social media schedule
    • Demonstrate ability to measure success of a social media campaign through the use of analytics
    • Demonstrate application of email marketing best practices.
  • Period 2: Graphic Design Foundations
    • Demonstrate ability to optimize creative assets for use in a digital (web) environment and with online marketing content
    • Leverage knowledge of After Effects to create unique animated imagery for use in social media and/or email campaigns
    • Demonstrate ability to design event collateral in a visually compelling manner within the confines of the host company’s Brand Style Guide
    • Demonstrate application of best practices in typography and layout
    • Demonstrate ability to code HTML emails and design simple web interfaces
