  • Work Processes
    • Compliance to the Maintenance work schedule including logging appropriate information into SAP and closing work orders when complete
    • Ensuring PM's are executed on schedule
    • Identification of recurring problems and the development of effective solutions to reduce the level of unplanned maintenance
    • Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, and troubleshoot breakdowns
    • Knowledge of how to perform and interpret QC tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
    • Knowledge of how to maintain accurate records of QC checks, production numbers or waste performance. Ability to interpret data
    • High degree of ownership for product quality
    • Ability to operate a forklift
    • Understands principles of inventory control and issues parts to work orders to maintain accurate inventories and equipment cost records
