- Ensuring PM's are executed on schedule
- Identification of recurring problems and the development of effective solutions to reduce the level of unplanned maintenance
- Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, and troubleshoot breakdowns
- Knowledge of how to perform and interpret QC tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
- Knowledge of how to maintain accurate records of QC checks, production numbers or waste performance. Ability to interpret data
- High degree of ownership for product quality
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Understands principles of inventory control and issues parts to work orders to maintain accurate inventories and equipment cost records
