Safety: Installation of curtains, gates and lockout equipment, safety meetings/training, new machine equipment audits
P.M. Maintenance: Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical equipment.
Welding and Cutting: Perform all types of welding and cutting operations, including: Acetylene & plasma cutting. Resistance, MIG, stick, and TIG welding.
Hydraulics/Pneumatics: Installation and repair of fluid and air systems.
Equipment Installation: Construction and installation of machinery and modifications.
Electronics: Repair and install programmable controls and components.
Programming Machine Controls: Reading, writing, and modifying logic for PLC's.
Electrical Test Equipment: Measuring current, ohms, and amperage.
